It keeps saying the image needs to be under 16 kb and I know for a fact that the image I'm trying to upload is less than 16 kb. Am I doing something wrong?

Is it specifically saying it is too large?
How close to "under 16kb" is it? Depending on where you are looking at the size, it may be rounded differently.
