She should go to jail but we are all on her side anyway. Speaking of which was Rin wearing an "escaped prisoner" t-shirt? Lol it suits her somehow. When I was in high school I would have been thrilled to ride a 175cc, which is the legal minimum to get on a California freeway. But the girls seem happy with their 400-hogs so all the more power to them. I can't believe they don't have any male members of their club. I'd join but I don't think their mothers would approve. |

I noticed that and was thinking it was a great shirt to wear as she is traveling across the country. Also they all knew Rin just wanted to see how fast she could go. The episode was lewder, but I think still managed to be funny. Like telling the teacher that she really should not be acting that way, and then apparently taking evidence to blackmail her later. Also, I thought the bike washing funnily ridiculous... even if enjoyable. And jokes like all the work into cleaning up the bikes before it rains. |

Well, that was disappointing, though not at all unexpected. I don't begrudge the fan service, but up to now it's been fairly organic rather than "what brainless thing can we have these girls do now to tach the boys over the redline?" I promise you, not once in my life have I ever had the thought or desire to wash my vehicles with my boobs.
At least we learned that the Holy Grail is a Suzuki cup, and that foxes are about as stupid as the girls. And I got my own quota of fan service with the new Honda (although lol at whoever did the lettering on the side cover - they must've been drinking whatever sensei was having). I wanna go to Hokkaido too now.

Onsa's Serow is only a 225. 400 is actually the maximum someone can ride at 16.
Were you even paying attention? It's a girls' school. On an unrelated note, I just noticed that Hijiri's birthdate is in December, which explains why she doesn't have her license yet (she's still 15, assuming she's the same grade as the others). The others all turned 16 within a month of the start of the school year. I also found that Hane's bike is between 9 and 11 years old. This episode was...disturbing. |

The manga's by a hentai artist, so the fanservice is not surprising. This is a hentai artist that had onaholes installed in motorcycles for futanari to use while riding, so Bakuon is quite tame.

Whew that was a super-interesting plot this episode... I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but my 24 minutes were well-spent. On a different note, I realize it's a comedy and one shouldn't think about these things too much, but I still couldn't help but to consider the possible ramifications of just leaving the teacher behind when they're going to need her as their club advisor, given her frame of mind and behavior only the previous day.

Thanks to your heads up, I decided to do a little bit of research. Yeah... I can no longer look at Bakuon!! the same way. The main character designs are exactly the same as the ones used in his different Hentai. Could be used as an interesting plot twist I guess, if things 'go south' later in the series. |

It isn't fan service per se that I don't like, it's fan service that depends on making the server out to be an idiot. As I said before, I didn't mind the fan service up to this episode because it was mostly organic. It didn't require them to be idiots to happen. Even in male fan service shows like say Free, I didn't care for the stupid posing in Speedo shots of Rei, because while Rei kinda was an idiot, he wasn't that kind of idiot. The only faint pleasure I took in those scenes was a sort of turnabout is fair play sense of "see, this is how stupid most female fan service looks." But since I'm not really big on that kind of revenge pleasure, I still wish they hadn't done it. But imbeciles-are-sexy fan service has been a staple of male-targeted porn since forever, so I mostly just roll with it. I'm just hoping it doesn't get worse, because I'm really enjoying the gearhead fan service and don't want to end up hating this, since I don't think I'll ever get a female-oriented version that shows this kind of focus and care with the bike art. (I don't know if I'm hoping they do figures for all the girls besides Rin or not, because I might have to buy some of those for the bikes if they don't go overboard on the fan service poses - then again, apparently the character is removable...) |

Episode 6:
YES, an episode about Onsa, the cool girl with the god-tier afro hair (even though the manga version is better). First half of the episode was kinda weird but I liked how the episode focused more on Onsa later. Raimu also amazing luck....not even joking, I'd take her to the lottery or something if I ever see her. Fun stuff overall and those kids really made the Zenith look strange with those horns lol |
