I'm not sure if the Wake Up, Girl Zoo! versions of the characters have family names, but otherwise that is correct.

So a little car update: the insurance company is saying that I'm at fault. So let this be a lesson to you all: you can follow the rules perfectly but if one idiot screws up you'll still be the one paying for it.

So are they going to reimburse you fully but you will get more higher monthly payments?
