Split needed for MiChi/MICHI (#141383)

The entry for person #141383 currently has two different people listed. At the top is information about MiChi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MiChi) and further down is information about MICHI (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MICHI). The two should be split into separate entries.

All the listed theme song performances go with the second person, and all the news stories I could see either went with the second person or were unrelated to either one. I'm not really sure why the first person even is in the encyclopedia, but maybe they are linked from some article that I didn't see. Also, I don't know why the main name for the page is "Mich", as I haven't seen anything that says either one of them goes by "Mich".
