JSON API call

Is there any thoughts on switching this API to either allow the return of JSON or completely just convert it? If the API code is open sourced I would not be against helping with building a JSON API. Thanks

There are no such plans, it's just not worth the work. Working with XML is not that hard, and if you really insist on JSON there are xml-to-json converters out there.

XML parsers are not always accurate. Lots of parsers have trouble with xml attributes. Let me do a study and see if I can show you what I mean
