Seriously, Seven Seas has now officially become my favorite manga company. If they keep to their stated policy on censorship and maintain this yuri friendly licensing posture, they will have a lifetime buyer in me.
Heck, they're even dipping into other untapped avenues with their light novel line and they've shown daring with the planned release of Nymphet (Kodomo no Jikan). Any company that would release a title like this earns my instant respect. While other companies are showing fear by making pointless edits, they seem to be almost laughing in the face of the specter of an anti-manga mob.
May other companies follow Seven Seas's bold example!
Question though: will Venus Versus Virus be marketed under the Strawberry imprint or just as a part of the regular manga release the way Kashimashi is being handled? |
