Errors with page and episode ratings

I'm having two errors with animenewsnetwork at the moment: the first is that sometimes when I go to view a page I see:

oops
Sorry, there has been an internal error.

And nothing else. Refreshing usually gets me to the page, but it's very irritating.

The second is that the episode rankings have disappeared: there's just a blank place where they used to be and I can't rate episodes or see how other people have rated them.

Help?
