Voice actor Clifford Chapin shared the teaser announcement which is a strong indication that they dubbed it.

I SERIOUSLY hope so. I'm guessing he's the ADR director if that's the case.

His exact words are:

This is very exciting. Gosick is one of my all-time favourite anime, so the chance to actually own it is thrilling.

So it's another series they dubbed instead of Nichijou? Plus, it's an older series and just like Nichijou, it's a series that was licensed by Bandai but not released.
I'll take comedy over gothic lolita every day of the week.

Yeah me too - but I mainly want both.

The series very much needs a dub.
I hope they don't overdo the French accents. I suppose it is okay for Grevil de Blois's VA to perhaps indulge in the accent a bit for comedic effect, but please don't go full Clouseau on us.

TBH, Nichijou is perfect the way it is. Most of the jokes would be a pain to translate and then they would have to write whole new jokes that may not even be funny.

I personally don't care for dubs. The language difference, questionable voice acting ability of the actors combined with how often the meanings of things are changed makes me really reluctant to even bother.
That said, I have watched a couple decent dubs in my time, but they are way to few and far between for me to actively seek them out when a subbed version is generally so much better. Literally, most of the time the emotional conveyance of dubs versus the Japanese version is worlds apart and does feel flat to me. Just not worth the bother.

Why not buy the DVD and then just watch it on Sub? The DVD doesn't force you to watch the dub.
