Mars Daybreak looks interesting. Does anyone know if it's any good?

I only saw the first episode or two, but I believe Mike Toole wrote about his experience watching the whole series: http://animenewsnetwork.com/the-mike-toole-show/2014-03-23

I liked it. It's not fantastic, but it's got some good characters and the story was ok. But I'm in love with Captain Elizabeth, so I'm biased. Smile Give it a couple of episodes.

Never heard of Tubi before. Is it worth the bother to sign up for (as in, content, how much info they demand of you or spam you with, player functionality)?

I saw Mars Daybreak years ago. The only thing I remember about it is that it was incredibly average. It was ultimately a forgettable show. Hiroshi Osakas character designs are always nice though.

Media Blasters was supposed to put "Juden-chan" dub on Cruchyroll last summer. I guess MB being a shell of what it used to be means they lost those streaming rights.

I have their app, and they didn't request any info. I've never received any emails from them.
