Just Pikachu? There are so many other Pokémon that can fit the Easter motif: Exeggcute, Buneary, Bunnelby, Azumarill, Flabébé/Floette/Florges, Cherrim, Chansey/Blissey, Togepi/Togetic, Ducklett, Torchic, and Deerling come to mind.
