Burger seems messy, but I don't think it should be a problem as long as it tastes good.

Blue cheese makes any hamburger better. Sloppy Joes too.
It's definitely quite messy looking, but I've had some very good burgers that are way messier than this. Really, the deeper you go into burger-dom, the messier they tend to get. |
