I think "2010's" means series from 2010 - 2019. Just saying.

I'm not sure why you think a series from 2016 could ever be included in a list of annual polls taken every year from 1983-2015.

The lack of presence of Makise Kurisu or Homura disappoints me greatly. Rikka appearing almost makes up for that, almost.
Still I find it amusing that you can pinpoint the year of the moe invasion.

I think it just makes Cowboy Bebop even better for some being a show that failed in Japan. The iconic masterpiece that failed in its home country but fount success in America.

And there's the reason why the one main girl of Free! gets a top spot while none of the girls of Love Live! got even a mention in this "list". Probably made the real list somewhere but then I'd... have to remember their names.

If your blogging platform allows it, you could place the image inside of a responsive div with overflow-y set to scroll. It ought to be straightforward to implement, so you might want to discuss with your tech guy about it.
Also, to my memory the Grand Prix has traditionally had a male category as well, so they're really more like character popularity charts (I guess it just feels kind of anachronistic to think of the classic female characters as "waifus", since I don't think that was really the mindset behind it).
