Sentai really needs to license that Ushio and Tora OVA series that ADV use to have. Also talk about a OVA series that I wish was totally re-dubbed into English.

If the OVA series was ever to be re-dubbed, now would be the best time.

Oh they did? Oh missed that happening. No I think a new dub would improve the OVA a lot.

Well, it was back in December 2008. However, like I said it is still available. Interestingly it still carries the ADV logo.
I would say that the chances of a new dub are about zero. The current release of the TV series includes all three cour. I think this indicates that they don't expect it to be a best seller.

Well that explains how I found a copy of it still on Ebay for fairly cheap and new from a seller and it still has the ADV logo on it. Probably is the 2008 release.
