I'm waiting for these movies to make their way here, and when and if they do I ultimately hope it creates enough interest to localize the mangas as well. I'm a Tezuka fan after all

I think our best shot at getting the manga would be Vertical Books or Dark Horse. Keep in mind that the manga was one of his (many) unfinished works.
