If possible, w hen people mention anime/manga in title posts, can they also include the English name of the title along with the Japanese?

You're referring to news posts ? Or forum posts ?

When we write a news story, we always use the official English title if one exists. However we (almost) never use unofficial title translations the article title (however we will often post the translation in the article itself).
