I am amused, myself. It is not like this is a first. It was done once before, I believe in the late seventies/early eighties for another manga character.

Took long enough for that a-hole to kick the bucket. Now Kenshiro is finally the real master of hokuto shin ken.  OTOH, isn't having a funeral now essentially spoiling the movie for Japanese fans? Anyway, if anyone can Youtube the ceremony, it'd be much appreciated.

At least two, actually.
Namely, Joe Yabuki and Tohru Rikiishi from Ashita no Joe.
They deserved it too, being at least as manly as Raoh is. |
