Only a $500,000 budget ... well I guess since their only here to discuss business strategies, a small office in a building with a few employees would be suffice?

Hopefully we'll be able to see the Death Note movie in North America sooner than xD

This is not their first US office. They had one in LA back in the 80s. Not sure when it was open or when it closed or why. But they did have an office here. Maybe it never closed. Dunno.

They used to be known for live-action adult movies, some which they tried to shop to the US with very little success.
