She may not look like she could kick your arse, but neither did Saya at first. This production has the challenge of having a naturally skinny slip of an Asian female convince you she can wield a katana with enough strenght to cleave a CG chiroptera in half.  |

I always thought that Saya from the films would run me through if I did anything piss her off. As for actress playing Saya, she doesn't strike me as someone who carries that same type of fear. In fact she reminds me of one of girls that are sweet and nice but are truly insane once you get to know them. |

| Having watched a few of her movies, I think she can take on the fierce look. For My Sassy Girl (which I highly recommend) she's not out killing people (except in fantasy), but she is pretty tough. She plays a cop in another movie and does get a bit fearsome. In any case, she's a good actress and I'm sure she'll be able to pull it off. Besides, looking at these pictures I thought they were taken in between shots. |
