I had been wondering for the longest time when Cartoon Network would kill Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.
Took them long enough. |

I said goodbye to it quite a while ago, around the time they changed the format to something more "hip". I don't know, though, Friday? That's going to clash with BBC's comedy block. And I do loves me British Comedies.
I wonder if the schedule will remain the same as the rest of the week, or if Adult Swim will move Saturday's action block to their new Friday slot, or god forbid make it another comedy block! |

I said goodbye to Cartoon Cartoon Fridays a long time ago.....more then anything I haven't been watching [AS] in a while the last thing I remember watching was the Blood+ debut....and that was basically because I was at the right place at the right time. |

| Hooray! I hate Cartoon Cartoon Fridays! Most of those cartoons were stupid, so I'm glad they aren't going all night long! |

| It was only a matter of time before CN/[as] abolished the old format and went with the 7-days a week thing. Now all that's left to worry about is whether or not [as] will air anime in their new Friday lineup. |

All right! Now they can air ten Inuyasha episodes a week instead of eight, every week until we all die! Bully idea!
Yeah, I think it's just going to be the same stuff from the other weekday shows, just on an extra day.

| Yeah, I'm not exactly holding my breath that they are going to show something Brand Spanking New. I think that they will show a repeat of something previously aired. |

I'm sure that they'll play some of that amazing Tom Goes to the mayor....and all that other live action crap that's been on recently. So expanding [AS] is the best news all year... |

They list three new shows and a host of renewed piles of putrescence. I worry that [adult swim] will one day make the mistake of dropping all their anime in favor of their live-action crap. |

By this point in time, the semester will be long done and over with, I'll be working in my position as restaurant management pulling all the night shifts I couldn't want. Given that, the announcement that [as] will be broadcast week-Iong does very little for me (both in interest and in opinion).
The irritating lack of new anime aside, it'll be nice to see some new Boondocks and Venture Bros., but that's about it for me.
EDIT: Re-worked post for clarification.

I see how they can put it on Fridays.
Cartoon Cartoon Fridays no longer airs on Cartoon Network. I wonder what happened. |
