I hope Kyoto Animation will make more FMP! soon. I seem to remember reading that they said something about doing something with it on a semi-annual basis. Hope to see more animated soon, considering what one3rd mentioned in a thread long past about certain events in A Dancing Merry Christmas (that's the right title for that novel right?)
It really would be wonderful if they did a longer series. |
The next (story-focused) novel is A Dancing Very Merry Christmas. Considering that the basis for the whole Second Raid series was End of Day By Day (a two-part novel), they'll probably animate the succeeding novel, Continuing On My Own, as well.
And A Dancing Very Merry Christmas is a nice read. Sousuke finally makes his chosen girl known. It's not too much of a surprise though. |

I didn't enjoy this volume as much as the previous ones and the ending was anti-climatic and overall disappointing; the final battle as Key has already mentioned felt rushed and was a step down from all the action featured in the previous volumes and that scene with Sousuke being interrupted as he was about to wrap his arms around Kaname was tantalizing like hell for a fan like me and Kaname's reluctance to admit her feelings totally got on my nerves
Like others have already expressed; I hope we would hear the good news about a continuation soon, I don't care who would handle the animation, I just want the animated series to be continued. |
