There is a great interview with Justin at RightStuf's site. He confirms that the DVDs are from the Japanese remasters for the R2 DVD releases. He also states the first disc will come in a case that will hold the rest of the DVDs for a couple dollars more, but the other DVDs will come shipped in a simple envelope. The bottom line is most fans, I would imagine, would want to buy the $13 version of the first volume which will house the rest of the series in a small case. He also mentions that IATV will be airing Paradise Kiss.
Justin has done so much for fandom in the US, between his work at IATV and ANN. He is a big fan which is obvious to any of us who has read his articles and postings here. I'm still amazed at how young he is and can only guess at where he will be in a dozen years. He also always comes across as a really nice guy! |
