I checked their credits, and only one of them had anything to do w/ Lupin, and it was part 2.

As the article notes, Kodama worked on Lupin, but not Suwa. Kodama was a animation production director for the "new" Lupin III, and he was a director of photography and storyboarder for the Lupin III: Part III.

this gives Otakon something decent. because this year is all about AX. the only shot Otakon has is to get a major mangaka to show up.
