Now if only general manga publishers would label their adult materials... The West is actually more advanced in that most publishers have a self-established rating system! |

Professionally published commercial H manga in Japan do have a standardized warning label on their covers. It's the small yellow oval shaped symbol.
This isn't any sort of censoring. It's just an attempt to get doujinshi to adhere to the same standards that professionally published ero manga use. |

Same here, but I imagine they're trying to make things more uniform and generally informative to people buying the books... Things like the Parental Advisory sticker in the US are instantly recognizable, while the Adults Only messages on doujinshi can be harder to spot. |
