I think it is Nokoshitai, not Nokoroshitai. And the Japanese sentence should be translated to "The proto-scenes of Japan we should preserve"

Hopefully someone rips and subs that show. Maybe one of the many groups subbing the same shows can do it. Evil or Very Mad
