It's "tororo", not "totoro". He himself says that particular line a few times as well hehe.

Do we really need more Da Capo ;/ Oh well...if it is addicting as the first was for me, Ill probably end up watching it -_-

I'm fairly certain D.C. II is based off of the second game, which means it will take place long after D.C. and D.C.S.S. and will be kinda futuristic.
