| Wow, I wish I could rhyme like that...
I'm sorry to say though that you forgot the six new series premiering on G4techTV Canada: Serial Experiments Lain and Texhnolyze on Sat. Last Exile and Tokyo Underground on Sun. Ergo Proxy on Thurs. Paranoia Agent on Fri. |

Was that sarcasm? I saw nothing this time listed for G4,(the G4 Canada does show anime from what I recall hearing, althought here in the US they haven't for awhile now) so I have to think it was. If y'all get Encore (WAM) watch Shinesman when it comes on./..for some reason I recall this being just cheesy fun. |

| I'm pretty sure they were serious, referring to the first post in this topic about all the G4TechTV anime Brian forgot to list. | ||||

Yippie-ki-yay, that's awesome. Those are all some of the literal cream of Geneon's crop. Why is our G4 such a piece of ass by comparison? |

You guys are lucky. Almost makes me wish I were Canadian!-) Another point of errata; Under REPEATS/STRIPS SciFi - Street Fighter II V (has this been on SciFi before?) has last weeks listing, this week it's eps. 3 and 4 (Tue. 24th 12:00/12:30am). While I'm at it Last Exile (AZN) -Mon July 23 8:30pm - Episode 13 "Isolated Pawn" (R Tue July 24 1:30am, 5:30am) -Tue July 24 8:30pm - Episode 14 "Etude Lavie" (R Wed July 25 1:30am, 5:30am) -Wed July 25 8:30pm - Episode 15 "Fairy Chess" (R Thu July 26 1:30am, 5:30am) Oh, and totally agree - Astro Boy is worth watching. |

| I think Noein and Tokko are also a week behind .
In regards to Astro Boy, true; the dubbing is weak and the animation extremley limited, but the overall plot (as well as the title character) are fantastic. Plus let's remember; this was made over 40 years ago. Obviously by todays standards it's out of date. |

Serial Experiments Lain, followed by Texhnolyze, on Saturday nights starting at 8:00. It is now 8:48. Groan. |

| You know, I've seen two episodes of the original Astro Boy now, and I have to say, it's been pretty interesting and funny. The animation is absolutely terrible of course (especially whenever Astro fights! GAH!), but I don't think you should hold that against a series that old. Imagine how small the budget must have been for them back then!
You know, with each passing week, I'm being drawn further into Ergo Proxy and Blood+. I greatly look forward to the futures of these shows. That's it; I just wanted to say that. I'm not much enjoying Tenjho Tenge (that how you spell it?), but I like the opening theme song. Slick. You know, I also just love the opening theme to Blood+, which is Hyde's "Season's Call". I CAN'T be the only one who loves these theme. It's amazing and makes me want to buy a Hyde CD immediately. I've heard some nice anime OP music in my 3+ years of watching anime, but Season's Call I'd place amongst the best. Yeah. I need to look into L'Arc and the bands related to it. I've wanted to for a while, but never got around to it (common occurrence for me). You know, thanks for The Click, Brian. Addendum: According to my calculations, Bo-bobo's last episode will air on September 29th. Of course, that's assuming that Cartoon Network won't (and they will) pre-empt it again. If I had to make a guess on those pre-emptions, I'd say that Bo-bobo will actually end... hmm... sometime in February or March. NOTHER EDIT: Does anyone else's words light up as if hyperlinked if they type out song and music ? |

So are Ergo Proxy and Tenjho Tenge. The episodes listed are from the 14th. This week's episodes were re-1124c41+ for Ergo Proxy and Breakthrough for Tenjho Tenge.
Is Street Fighter II V really a repeat? I know it's been on Encore before but this is the first time it has been shown on Sci-fi. |

G4TechTV Canada is also showing the British series "The IT Crowd", which I don't believe has even aired in the US. |
