Wow, I can't believe Hajime no Ippo and Ikkitousen have been licensed. Ikkitousen seemed like a title that ADV would pick up. Oh well, I hope Hajime no Ippo and Ikkitousen will come to TV(Toonami and Adult Swim more specifically Wink ).

Yay! Ippo actually got licensed. I was really doubting that anyone would pick it up since it's such a long running series. This gives me hope for other long sports anime like PoT. I totally agree with ya though ~ Ippo better come to TV.

Ikkitousen wouldn't survive a run Adult Swim. It's the most hentai non-hentai series I've ever seen.

Assuming it does get TV syndication, it could be a good thing if it appeals to the kids, meaning there's more of a chance they'll go out, try hard and exercise

Now THAT would be an image boost Smile

I can't believe it! IPPO IS HERE!!!!

I can only see TV for this series. It's too good to keep off the airways. Any one who puts this on should be applauded for actually trying something new! Mr. Green

Ippo, Ippo, Ippo, Ippo. Yeah, its about time. I'm so psyched. Now will they do a good job with the dub? If they show it on TV it just might revive the sport of boxing which is in a major slump.

That may be, but I have never seen a boxing match that is even half as good as any fight in Ippo.
