Though I was perfectly content with the way the first series ended, I'm not unhappy to see a sequel. I just hope they can keep the tone of the first series going. I guess time will tell. I'll most certainly be buying this when it is released (hopefully by Funimation) here in the US.

OVAs would be nice, but I'd really love to see something set in the past, the full story of how each girl became a part of the agency.

Man, that would be one depressing anime. Just the brief parts of their pasts that were revealed in the first series were heartbreaking.

At the very least if they keep true to the manga so far then you'll at least get to see how Triela wound up at the agency. Hers is a very sad story that had me misty eyed reading it. I know, I'm a big sap.

Yeah, me too. I especially hope they have the same person do the music, because that was a wonderful feature of the first season.

However, I do hope they do without the 2nd episode of flashbacks that was the only real downside of the first season.

I know, but I'd still like to know who they were before. As psycho 101 mentioned, we should get a part of Triela's back story if they stick with the manga.

The reason I'd like to see more of all their pasts is that I've always felt that the girls were lucky to have been chosen by the agency. Despite the harsh reality of their lives there, I think it's pretty clear they would have been worse off otherwise. I mean, Henrietta spoiler[wanted to kill herself] and Rico was spoiler[stuck in a hospital bed slowly dying]. Not to mention poor Angelica's story.

Plus, I'd actually like to see what they were like before it all turned bad. Were their personalities really so different from who they are now? What were their real names?

Just a personal thing. The only character I could ever see getting a showcase like that would be Elsa, considering they could basically do anything with her and not violate the manga cannon.

Spoiler guards are probably not really spoilers at all, but I thought I'd do it just in case.

Man, I can't wait for this to get made and get licensed so I can buy it! Anime hyper
