It specifically covers only those manga that were published in English. I don't think it would be unreasonable to assume that most people who read manga in America are *not* able to read Japanese. And within that scope, the boko is either complete or *very close to complete* |

According to an interview that was posted earlier this summer, it's a complete guide of all the manga translated into English to date, and some more that will be translated. All those can fit in a book (well, a telephone-book-sized book). I don't think there is any equivalent book even in Japanese that tries to cover that many titles. |
