| This series is way too much fun to nitpick. |

Some of the reviews on this site crack me up. Even though the reviewers seem to like a particular book, they still find ways to rip on it and give it a bad grade Are the reviewers here too afraid to sack up and say what they think, why they like something? And I don't just mean the two Princess Res reviews, I get that vibe from a lot of the manga reviews around here. In fact, if a visitor to this site took these reviews seriously, apparently 98% of all manga released in the US is no better than a C.
And I agree with Andrew, this is one of the better fun reads released all year. |

Personally, I love this series. It's like an old Hammer movie, but with chainsaw wielding maids....
Maybe I'm just easy to please. |

| Quote: | | If you keep your expectations low enough—right around the level of a little black humor and some amusing gore—Princess Resurrection is hardly the most painful way to pass an hour or so of manga reading. Naturally, it's hardly the best way to pass that time either. |
Also, that's the best "praising with faint damnation" I've seen in a while. |
