I don't think anyone said that... They were saying that they were kind of surprised that Kennedy left a high profile company like Nokia to work for Funimation/Navarre instead.
Bunchuu, when a person that occupies a higher position in a company leaves, it takes some time to find a new person to take over. The article on ICv2 says that he won't be leaving until mid-November, which most likely means that he'll be helping to find a replacement.
Also, the original article said that Kennedy left some time in the past few months, while Thomas hasn't left just yet. |

Might be interviewing and not made a final choice yet. Maybe a promotion for someone else in Funi. They also might simply have forgotten to mention them lol. I would be interested myself though in knowing who, if anyone, if taking their positions. |
