Its way far too small - they should be viewing it in landscape mode and it should zoom in so you can read everything. Almost every mobile based viewer has this problem.

There are very few handsets out there in the US with the same type of screen resolution as well. Most screens are only a fraction of this size. Until mainstream handsets have the larger screen sizes, support will be pretty limited here in the US.
