I will have to say that nosy Hashiba is my new favorite character after watching this volume. Her help in Yamato's training really is the highlight of the series so far. Her offering to tell Suzuka the "truth" also really worked well into making her a likable character.

It wasn't until this volume that it dawned on me that the underdeveloped supporting cast is one of the things that bother me the most with this series. There is so much focus on the main characters that sadly enough the three best friends (who I like better than the three main characters) and the other residents in the house are pushed out of the light. The karaoke episode from the last volume is my favorite episode so far.
