| It's too bad nobody has heard of Angelique in North America. It's very popular in Japan with many OAVs and now a second tv series. I hope one day a North American distributor gives it a chance. And the games maybe... far in the future. |

I hope this is true. The more Angelique the better. A lot of anime fans have Sailor Moon as that one silly shoujo title they grew up with that they'll always hold dear in their heart, but my Sailor Moon -- the shoujo I grew up with -- is Angelique. This anime would make it the 7th Angelique animated series. Total Angelique anime series brought to the US? ZERO. =_= I hope the shoujo anime market in the US will grow...
I wasn't a big fan of the Neo Angelique video game (didn't play much either), but it does have nice character designs and a lot of potential, so I'll definitely watch this!  |
