Okay, Suzaku looks freakin awesome in this series. I love the cape. Zero's redesign is also in good taste; like the original, but abandoning the whole jumpsuit idea. I'm still undecided on C.C.'s new costume.
I can't really comment too much on the Knightmare Frames. The Vincent looks like Lancelot's younger brother, but with stupid coloring. The third looks like a new Gurren, but I can't read the kanji for its name.
Either way, though I hated the last four episodes of last season, I'm still inexplicably excited about this one. |

I love C.C.s new outfit but thats heavy bias because of my fanboyness towards Chinadress.
But yeah Suzaku's cape is absolutely win. |

You are confusing series.
Also, it's "Guren Nishiki First One-type Equipped Arm"
Crazy name, means they can switch arms and this is an imperfect imitation of the original arm that can't be overused.
And yeah, it's not "Nightmare", it's "Knightmare". Fix that when you can. |

I like the new outfits. I see that they kept the Ashford uniform for both Lulu and Suzaku -are we to assume that they are going to attend the academy and the student council as if nothing happened? I just hope that this won't involve some cheap twist, like the new character using his geass on Suzaku to forget everything.
The new mecha design is uninspired and inferior to the first season.
I tried to take a peek on the cast list, which they haven't posted yet, so they want to keep the viewers in the dark for a bit longer regarding who had survived. |

Is it just me, or does the new character's (Lolo? Roro? Loro? Rolo? Damn l/r characters...) description say that he's Lelouch's little brother? WTF happened to Nunnaly?
Suzaku's cape is made of pure win. No other material can produce that effect... |

The "Celena" treatment, anyone...?
Nice new designs overall (costumes and mecha). The Knightmare Frame in the middle of the mecha page looks like cross between the Guren and Lancelot (Rollo's personal one?).
However, why is Lelouch's eye back to normal? If it's a contact lense, then it would seem pretty difficult to use the Geass in a sudden situation (unless its penetratable). On the other hand, perhaps he may have gotten it back under control, somehow (by dubious means, I'd suspect)... |

With all this new information coming out it just makes me think that the writers have wrote themselves into a hole. The supposed current situation at the start of this season doesn't make any sense, maybe it's all just a mind fudge going on in Lelouche's mind....
Oh well C.C is even hotter than before and CG at it's worst is still more entertaining than the majority of mecha shows these days. |

Is any distinction made in Japanese for halfsiblings? We know Lelouch has a ton of those. |

Uh-oh. There's nothing there for Kallen, which makes me wonder if s/he died during the gunshot heard in the last scene.
There's no way they can go a year later without dealing with that massive cliffhanger.... all three of them for that matter. |

| It would be pointless and a complete waste to kill her off at that point, I really hope they improve her character in this season because I felt she was the biggest waste of potential during the season. Way too much Yes, Zero for my liking, though seeing how the first season ended that shouldn't (i bloody hope anyway) be a problem. Also I hope she stops changing her hair style with the OoTBK, never liked that look. |
