Seriously, sometimes you need a really silly manga, and if that's the case, this is the one. And it's a great shounen parody as well.

I can only imagine that this came out of the manga-ka's own experience with trying to get things to work again by hitting them.

this sounds like something that would have been created for use in the Anime News Nina comic. Funny that its a real manga
