| HystERICAL! I love popping bubble wrap, I really want an endless bubble wrap keychain, but this is ridiculous (I almost thought this was going to say that the bubbles were on certain parts of female anatomy). Oh fanboys, what funnn =D I kinda want one. |

| I am definitely in no position to call this crazy and pointless, but it certainly seems crazy and pointless. |

Pop pop,
Hope no one sees me gettin' freaky.
My employee discount can get me the real stuff at wholesale prices, but thanks anyway. |

| The only thing that comes to mind is how annoying this would be if some individual was playing with it next to me. |

| I don't want to see the future of anime if Moe continues to take over. |

I predict a hentai version of this will be developed within a year.

| I want one! Preferably without the moe, but it'd be cool either way. |

| I never thought I'd say it, but... I'm done. The moe phenomenon is no longer a thing of joy for me. |

I've popped bubble wrap in the past, long ago, and thought it was kind of fun, but not THAT fun.
Hearing this is kind of a strange coincidence because I just recently watched Najica for the first time. And in one of the episodes Lila said that her hobby was to pop bubble wrap. I thought "What?" and just dismissed it as just another of her strange ideas. I never knew that popping bubble wrap was a real hobby or enjoyment for some Japanese people. Hahaha.
I guess I have to try and see if I can find one of these, preferrably the original ones that don't talk. I'm curious to see how one creates an infinitely reusable bubble popping device. |

Moe is never going to 'take over'. It's not even feasible. Just let it be. This bubble wrap thing is too much for me even, but there isn't really any harm in it...unless you're stuck on a train next to someone who is playing with one, or something unlikely like that. |

| Another crazy, novelty toy from the Japanese. Is the sound of bubble wrap popping really soothing? It would probably get annoying fast. |

OK, I put in a request for some of these. I intend to send them to otaku-nuts I know who will hopefully find them oddly appealing in some way.
If they ever come in (deputy services are not an exact science) then I'll take some pix so the rest of you peeps can get a closer look. If I end up keeping one I'll post how it works. |
