bad techno music
ridiculous aerial battles
This looks like it's going to be a golden turd. |

Looks cool but has all the potential to be crap (Gonzo, y'know).
The CG looks good in some scenes but Gonzo (not so good) in others.
But why I'd really like to see this piece is because of the awesomeness of the promo. I haven't seen anything like that recently, most promo trailers are just slideshows, though some take the trouble of showing a couple of low-quality scenes, which don't really tell us much about the show unless you can read Japanese.
Of course, the promo itself doesn't say much about the storyline, characters etc but this one showed us what it will be - loads of action with a nice strong beat playing in the background.
I'm definitely giving it a shot.
Btw the beat was REALLY strong... eh, should have been called BASSreiter.
Also: my first post, even though I've been lurking here for half a year. |
