| THAT is the cover to a manga called Nephylym? Geez. Japan continues to plunder Judeo Christian mythology for random names and mix it with manga cliches. In this case, from a summary I read online, it sounds like a generic shonen romance. At least Evangelion when used the terms in a type of seriousness and gave them interesting designs. Then again maybe I'm bitter because I always thought the mythological Nephilim were fascinating. Certainly it deserves better than this. |

Well I've actually had a shounen action manga story idea in the works for quite a few years now myself that sort of touches on this a bit. Unfortunately I'm kind of pissed now that I know I have to change the name of my series now that I know someone else has it already blast it all!  (My series' name is actually spelled Nephilum though, by the way) |
