Card dueling on bikes?

Oh, I can't wait for the child deaths that come out of this one.

Did you not read the article? It's going to come out in the fall. Rolling Eyes

Anyways, I'm tired of these Yu-Gi-Oh spinoffs. The chances that this series will turn out to be good( edited or unedited) are slim to none.

"We take you now we go the scene where a child has been hospitalized due to an injury while trying to imitate a scene from a cartoon that has people playing cards on bikes."

On the other front, I'm not surprised that 4Kids got this series as well, they've always seemed to have the Yugioh series so why should that change now? And the producers of the series in Japan have probably made so that hopefully little edits have to be made besides dubbing the show, though the voices don't sound that great when they are dubbed. However, I was not aware that the other series ended, unless it hasn't.[/quote]

wow, it hasen't even aired in japan yet, and 4kids already got their hands of death on it Sad . though i figured they would get it anyway, just not this soon. common 4kids please do a decent job on this one, or at least let FUNi give uncuts for it.

And the pending lawsuits to follow...

Honestly, though, I guess there's still some gas left in the franchise's tank for another series apparently. I though that the popularity of Yu-Gi-Oh would be dying out by now. Guess I was wrong. Anime smile + sweatdrop

Nothing is a bigger abstraction that your pedalling out in front of a box truck than when your opponent reveals a hidden ritual trap card.

Yu-Gi-Oh ended when it stopped starring Yugi Muto. And even the original Yu-Gi-Oh was bat shit retarded. Fighting with cards? I mean, yeah it would've been cooler if the monsters battled for real, but they were holograms! The fate of the world rests on a trading card game? Yeesh.

The art makes me wonder why they didn't make a manga out of that instead of GX.

It must still be making money if there is a new season.Kids in this generation are starting to look like these characters too. It's hilarious. It's like a bad 80's flashback.Bikes and cards huh.Rolling Eyes Fansubbers be damned if these are the only kinds of shows that survive.

Good one Laughing I do hope though that there will be some people keeping an eye on this, because kids should know better than to ride their bikes and play cards at the same time. Heck, I can barely try to ride without hands the bars, let alone think about playing cards while riding.

Wow, that guy in the back looks exactly like Axel (I think that's his name) from Disgaea 2.

Perhaps it will make good parody material Smile

Nothing will ever beat the spinoff about a bunch of rappers playing card games...
