In Control? This was my fourth year visiting Anime Boston. Even before this year, it has never really felt efficiently managed. I thought last year was bad, when I read a novel from start to finish in the at-reg line. I pre-registered this year to (hopefully) avoid that. Friday we entered the line at 11:30 am. Received badge around 3:45 pm. At site registration was much, much worse. A friend who rode with us and entered the registration line at the same time didn't receive his badge until after 9:00 pm.
