Odd, I thought he was connected to Shonen Jump some how, but also with Viz Media.

I remember when Zatch Bell first appeared on television as well, the series was actually quite interesting. As for the manga, the series was fine as well.

Hopefully he left because wanted to, and not because of the company downsizing. I heard earlier today that company already retired a long time magazine named Young Sunday Shogakukan.

Well, as long as he is able to do what he loves, whether that be to draw more manga or go on with something else in his life, more power to him. Smile

yay! Maybe another, better publisher can now liscence any future works of his. ^-^

I dislike Vix with a passion for their HUGEOMUNGUSOMGTHEWORLDISENDINGLETMEADDAHUGESOUNDAFFECTTHATCOVERSTHEENTIREPAGEYAY-sound affects.

It ruined all of the shojo beat line.

I believe you are confused, he's leaving his Japanese publisher, not his international publishers, like Viz.
