A definite purchase.
Now here's hoping they follow this one up with a Macross-related game for the current generation of consoles. A Frontier game would be well-received as well. |

It's too bad all these lawsuits and copyright issues are keeping local distribution of DVDs, games and toys from happening for Macross.
I hope that at least the Japanese studios realize that they can still cater to English speaking fans by including good english subtitle and menu options in DVDs and games to benefit from sales of fans importing it themselves. |

I am sooo tired of this B.S. between Harmony Gold & Tatsunoko. This has been going on what... 20 years or so now? I never bothered to dig into the particulars, so I really don't know where the blame lies.
All I see is that it's less and less likely I'll ever see an officially subbed DVD of the 1984 DYRL movie if the situation hasn't changed after all this time.
Perhaps my only hope is a Blu-Ray edition with subs? |
