| Didn't they cut like a minute of something that was too far? Underage girl? I remember some fans were upset, but I never saw the title in question.
We see lots of underage characters having sex in tv dramas. (well, not necessarily SEE since it's tv, but they let the viewer know it happened). The boy in this is a teen. Teens are easy enough to up the age to legal if they choose like they did with Level C. I'd really prefer they fiddle with the age. Don't need any pressure groups jumping into the fray. |

Yeah, Kite. Originally they released the completely non-pornographic version, which is the best version, then they released the adult version with the rape of the under-age protagonist being edited out, and finally after the old virtual-child-porn law was struck down they released a completely unedited version (I don't think that version is available anymore though). Kite is a very odd-scenario where the optimal version would include some of the sex scenes, and have others removed, and include the previously mentioned rape-scene in some edited capacity. I'd like to add that they also removed almost 10 minutes of footage from Chikan Monogatari (aka Legend of the Pervert) because characters in one scene were “obviously under-age and it was too much for us" as John Sirabella wrote on AoD forums. It stirred up some commotion at AoD forums because the DVD cover stated that the content was "uncut and uncensored". |

My reaction as well! I'd have SWORN that one would NEVER license... not because of the boy's age but because spoiler[the boy and man are legally father and son, even if the boy isn't his biological son.] |
