This sounds like it could be fun, though I'm biased because I was in band all four years of high school and loved it. I wonder what instrument she'll play (it says she was inspired by a brass band performing, so hopefully one of those...of course, it will probably be the bloody trumpet which gets all the good parts...french horns forever!).
I keep meaning to check out High School Debut. The preview in Shojo Beat didn't really win me over, but it seems popular enough for me to try it out.
And let me be the first (and hopefully last) person to make a "one time, at band camp" joke |

I was sad to find out that High School Debut is ending while I'm just getting into the Viz releases. I absolutely love the story and art. And I totally love Yoh.
But good thing she's starting a new series. I really like her style. She dresses her characters in the coolest clothes, just like the artist for Love*Com. |

| Shojo meets brass bands. From the connotations I get when I think of both of these things I can assume this should have at least a whiff of originality to it. |
