I totally read this title wrong at first. I just thought it was like "Another [generic] Horror Anime Slated for January 9"

I feel dumb, but at least I got a laugh at my expense.

I had the same reaction; I was thinking this was a bolder, more cynical take on ANN's typical news, or some trolling at our expense. xD Ahhh, the importance of italics.

This title's going to take the brunt of pun abuse next season, I can already tell.

Hopefully it won't just be another initially promising, ultimately disappointing display of PA Works's output

Honestly, I have no knowledge about the franchise, is it any good? Or is just getting turned into an anime for the eyepatch moe?

it might exist however I find woman with eye-patches in anime sexy as hell not moe.. have you seen asuka in the new eva movie yet?
