Penis-worship was once quite common the world over. Try googling "Priapus".

Is that really a minus? The many grotesque character designs was one thing I liked about Basilisk. It's nice to see artistic skill turned to something other than beauty for once. |

| I didn't expect to see a review for this, but I'm certainly happy about this. I read Basilisk as it came out and quite enjoyed it, but for some reason I could never find the motivation to pick Yagyu up; I'll go out and get them, now. |

| I passed this up beacsue I was never really interested in Basilisk. With all the historical background though, this might just be for me. |
