Wait, limited to 10,000 people? What the heck is the point of THAT?

It's premiering on TV 1 day afterwards, and limiting the number of views on niconico douga just means that the people MOST impatient about seeing it will get to watch it first. I.e. the people that would have watched it on TV anyway. So how does this draw in any more viewers or popularity?

Sounds to me more like the TV station wouldn't allow nico to continue streaming the episode once it begins its TV run. Stupidity.
