The Hetalia one is actually a whole event that is still going on. It's rumored to be lasting for about a week, I think. Like the Halloween one.

It's actually a lot of fun. I participated with the fandom for the Halloween event he did, and that was a BLAST.

I believe, in this case, he is referring to Sebastian, not Yana Toboso herself. Anime hyper
