Mods, feel free to shoot this down if needed, but I heard of there being Original English Manga publishers, I know Seven Seas and eigoMANGA are two, are there more? I have my story idea for a manga planned out and basic character designs, but will not reveal them.

Yen Press publishes some, but it mostly tends to be adaptions of young adult novels. I think they do run a contest for submissions though.

Harsh fact: Publishers seldom want to see story ideas from unknown creators.

If you have an idea for a story and you want to have it told just as you envision it with little to no editorial input... you should publish it yourself.

Oni Press is the closest thing I can think of. They published Scott Pilgrim, and many book sellers seem to mistake it for manga. They publish a lot of US comics that are drawn in black and white, but they're indie comics, which doesn't give them the negative connotation that many OEL carry with it. Some stuff like Courtney Crumrin came out in singles, but then a lot of the stuff from Oni just comes out in straight up books these days. You might find your fanbase with indie fans, but Scott Pilgrim certainly bled out to manga fans.

This pretty much right here.

I'm not sure of any OEL pub that hasn't been listed yet.
